Meetings with the Bride & Groom:
It is during the meetings that we will work with you to develop,
implement and manage the plans for your Wedding

Meeting with
Clergy/Wedding Site Personnel:
We will introduce ourselves to the person(s)
who will have a direct or an indirect role in the activities at
the site of your Wedding, and establish with them a working relationship.
Meeting with
Reception Contact:
We will introduce ourselves to the person(s) who
will have a direct or an indirect role in the activities at the
site of your Reception, and establish with them a working relationship.
Wedding Site
Visit:
During
this visit, we will walk through the facilities to get a visual
sense of the site and how to make any adjustments and address
in issue that would interfere with your “picture perfect”
Wedding.
Final
Week Follow-up Calls to all Vendors:
These very critical calls will be made to finalize the activities
of each vendor, time of delivery/arrival, etc.
Rehearsal
Co-ordination:
We will manage and co-ordinate the details of your Wedding Rehearsal,
monitoring each detail while being mindful of everyone’s
time.
Additional
Staff:
Additional personnel will be provided to ensure the beautiful
presentation of your Wedding.

want the hands-on experience of planning your Wedding. This package
allows the Event Co-ordinator to manage the fabulous week-end
you have planned, so that you can enjoy it.

PACKAGE: CHECKLIST & BUDGET OUTLINE
This package provides the guidance and information
needed to create your Wedding Budget and Wedding Week-end Checklist.
AMETHYST
PACKAGE:
INTERNET, PHONE CONSULTATION,
RECOMMENDED VENDORS
You are engaged, excited . . . and need guidance
on what to do, where to begin and how to decide. This package
will provide you with a strong start and great support. It is
beneficial to all Brides, especially the Destination Bride. Two
½ hour phone consultations are included in this package
and a list of recommended Wedding Vendors from Greater Cleveland/Northeast
Ohio.
TURQUOISE
PACKAGE: INTERNET AND PHONE CONSULTATION

Package, without the Wedding Vendors List.

package offers an economical solution by provding the guidance
and information needed to create your Wedding Budget and Wedding
