The Garnet Package will provide you guidance via email. When you share with us the plans of your wedding, we can provide you a detailed outline of the many tasks that need to be performed, the order in which they need to be addressed, and in enough time to ensure that they are complete by your special day.

The outline will identify any potential problems, such as a budget-goals conflict, time issues, and more. If you would like Majestic Butterfly® to provide additional services, to help you get ready for your special day, we will be there for you.

You start by providing basic information in the form below. Majestic Butterfly® will respond with

1. A Wedding Budget with suggested Food & Beverage amount
2. A list of other Wedding Budget categories to be considered

Then you provide the percentage of remaining budget to be spent on each category

Majestic Butterfly® will then email you the following:

1. Final Wedding Budget with dollar amounts for each category
2. Personalized Timeline of Wedding planning activities
3. Vendor Checklist

SAPPHIRE PACKAGE: REHEARSAL, WEDDING & RECEPTION
You may be the Bride who has event planning experience, or you may want the hands-on experience of planning your Wedding. This package allows the Event Co-ordinator to manage the fabulous week-end you have planned, so that you can enjoy it.

RUBY PACKAGE: REHEARSAL & WEDDING
Similar to the Sapphire package, without the reception

EMERALD PACKAGE: CHECKLIST & BUDGET OUTLINE
This package provides the guidance and information needed to create your Wedding Budget and Wedding Week-end Checklist.

AMETHYST PACKAGE:
INTERNET, PHONE CONSULTATION, RECOMMENDED VENDORS
You are engaged, excited . . . and need guidance on what to do, where to begin and how to decide. This package will provide you with a strong start and great support. It is beneficial to all Brides, especially the Destination Bride. Two ½ hour phone consultations are included in this package and a list of recommended Wedding Vendors from Greater Cleveland/Northeast Ohio.

TURQUOISE PACKAGE: INTERNET AND PHONE CONSULTATION
Similar to the Amethyst Package, without the Wedding Vendors List.
