We offer four basic packages (Diamond, Ruby, Saphire and Emerald)
which combine a set of services based on how they are most often
requested. Remember, though, that you can elect any combination
of services you need. So if you want to take advantage of the
services offered in one package, but would like to add a service
not included in that package, you can do that.

The Wedding
Budget: D
This is a vital component of your Wedding. We will work with you
to create an inclusive Wedding Budget, and monitor your expenditures
so that there are no overruns or duplications.

& Co-ordinating Meetings With Potential Vendors:

Your relationship with your vendors is a very short
one that needs to be excellent in quality to ensure a beautiful
and flawless Wedding. We eliminate the guess work and stress by
arranging the necessary vendor meetings so that you can select
with confidence the professional vendors you need and want.
Attending Final
Meeting With Each Selected Vendor: D
Once you have selected
the vendors for your Wedding, we will arrange and attend with
you the Selection Meeting. This meeting will enable each vendor
to meet your Wedding Consultant and help all parties to establish
the excellent working relationship that will create a flawless
Wedding for you.
Meeting with
Clergy/Wedding Site Personnel: D

We will introduce ourselves to the person(s)
who will have a direct or an indirect role in the activities at
the site of your Wedding, and establish with them a working relationship.
Meeting with
Reception Contact: D

We will introduce ourselves to the person(s) who
will have a direct or an indirect role in the activities at the
site of your Reception, and establish with them a working relationship.
Wedding Site
Visit: D

During
this visit, we will walk through the facilities to get a visual
sense of the site and how to make any adjustments and address
in issue that would interfere with your “picture perfect”
Wedding.
Reception
Site Visit: D

The purpose of this site visit is the same as the one for the
Wedding Site Visit.
Final
Week Follow-up Calls to all Vendors: D

These very critical calls will be made to finalize the activities
of each vendor, time of delivery/arrival, etc.
Wedding
Week-end Checklist: E
A “To Do” checklist will be created for you to follow,
and presented to you during the follow-up meeting after the initial
Vendor-Client Meeting.
Rehearsal
Co-ordination: D

We will manage and co-ordinate the details of your Wedding Rehearsal,
monitoring each detail while being mindful of everyone’s
time.
Wedding
& Reception Co-ordination: D

We will direct, co-ordinate and manage the details of your Wedding
and the Reception.
Additional

Additional personnel will be provided to ensure the beautiful
presentation of your Wedding.
Out-of-Town
Guests:

Assistance with arrangements for accommodations, transportation
and local activities
Included in your Investment is assistance with securing accommodations
and transportation for your out-of-town guests, and providing
them with information about local activities and events that may
be of interest to them during their visit.

DIAMOND
INVESTMENT: FULL SERVICE WEDDING
If you desire the Wedding of your
dreams, but are employed full time and/or have little experience
with or desire to plan it, this is the package for you.
SAPPHIRE
INVESTMENT: REHEARSAL, WEDDING & RECEPTION
You
may be the Bride who has event planning experience, or you may
want the hands-on experience of planning your Wedding. This package
allows the Event Co-ordinator to manage the fabulous week-end
you have planned, so that you can enjoy it.
RUBY
INVESTMENT: REHEARSAL & WEDDING

package, without the reception

INVESTMENT: CHECKLIST & BUDGET OUTLINE
This
package provides the guidance and information needed to create
your Wedding Budget and Wedding Week-end Checklist.
